Checked And Passed For The Perfect Delivery

Before we ship out any product we do a full visual check and test battery and rechargeable items before being packed up and shipped out to you, So yes you may notice your product was opened for testing before being processed,

This method has near eliminated any returns . If for some reason your item arrives faulty and you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible We guarantee a full refund or product exchange if the faulty item is returned to us unused, unopened and in the condition as they were sent in its original undamaged packaging with labels and seals intact and not tampered with. All returns must include all parts of the product and any others with it such as free gifts etc. You have 14 days to return said items

All items sold on sale section must be returned within 7 days of receipt. 

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or replacement. If you choose a refund the full purchase price (delivery and return delivery excluded) the balance will be credited when the items have been received in full and we will then process your return. All goods must be returned unopened and be fit for resale in order to qualify for a refund. Please note we cannot accept returns for single use products or products that come in packs or bottles like condoms, lubricants, oils, etc.

For hygienic purposes we cannot and will never accept returns for any clothing or lingerie we can assure all our lingerie is in perfect condition and fully checked and passed before we ship it to you, so please when ordering lingerie make sure you have read and fully understand the size information.

Customers are responsible for any returns to us until we receive them.

If the above conditions have not been met, we reserve the rights to return the items to you.

Defects

If an item is found to be defective within 14 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. When Loveangels has received and processed the defective item we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge. Any item returned must be unused, have all of the original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

Please not some items carry a manufacturers warranty please use this to return to the manufacturer for a replacement  

How do I return items?

First off please contact us in case the problem is something that can be corrected over the phone or by email if not 

Please complete the returns form at end of web page and send to us with full details of problem, Remember to print off a copy of same and return with your return items

I received a damaged/incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately by email at angelsirl@hotmail.com before returning the item stating your name order number reason for return. Once we receive your email we will within 5 working days reply to tell you how to return the item.

We will exchange items as long as it is still in ‘as new’ condition and accordance with our return policy.

Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed and once it has been approved, we will send out the replacement item to you free of charge.

If we are unable to exchange an item, we will offer a full refund or offer a similar item

All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.

We will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed and refunded to your card.

Cancelling Your Order

Made and order and had a change of heart we have no problem cancelling orders before they have been dispatched. To cancel an order call us or email us immediately with your order number so we can cancel delivery docket and collection and we’ll do the rest. 

If the order has already entered the delivery process please note that our cancellation policy varies to our standard returns policy.

If an order has been dispatched, you will receive the item however you can still return of products.

Please note the following:

  1.     You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us
  2.     We have the right to charge you for any direct costs incurred in collecting the products and missing items, and we may deduct these from any sums owed to you
  3.     We’ll refund the original purchase price less delivery charges applied at point of check-out
  4.     Refunds will be provided as soon as reasonably possible, and in any case within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Why is it not Working?

Before you go through the hassle of returning your new sex toy to us

can you just try a couple of things first. as we find most are caused by the following guides

Batteries

Have you removed the battery protection paper if it came with batteries installed ? especially the Vibrating Bullets, Cock-rings and finger-vibes etc

Most Sex Toys are waterproof now-days and this means battery compartments need to be closed tight. This also means that contacts around the batteries will often only work if it is closed really right,  i.e. threaded sealed correctly

If you still can’t get it to power on you might try adding a little card or something to ensure the battery compartment is pressed up against the contact correctly.

Batteries must be inserted correctly see plus and minus normally printed on the battery compartment 

Please make sure to use new batteries when testing your new sex toy. And we highly recommend Duracell  batteries only

Don't ever use cheap discount discount store batteries as they do not carry sufficient energy for the new more powerful sex toys,

Finally when not in use please ensure you take out any batteries so as not to drain the batteries. or cause leakage if left in too long 

Rechargeable Items

All  rechargeable items only come with just a test charge for us to check the item is ok and functioning correctly before use , so don't end up disappointed charge it fully before use normally 2-3 hours or as specified on any paperwork enclosed , DO NOT OVERCHARGE , as this will cause the item to malfunction and when storing the usb cable store it tidy so as not to kink or break the wiring 

Control

If you are having a problem with the control first read any instructions you have to ensure you are using it correctly.

Some products need you to hold the on button for a couple of seconds to power up and power down as a safety to ensure it doesn’t accidently power on when out. also be sure to press the buttons slowly with a pause to allow the technology to think or again you could damage your new toy like a computer it needs to think

Fair Deals Agreement

As a family run business we really want to be fair and treat our customers in a fair manner and with respect. But in some cases if we receive goods for return that are no longer fit for resale  then we will not be able to process a refund, we will either offer to return the goods with a postage fee or we’ll contact you and try to come to fair and mutual agreement, as we too need to survive in business, so we do not make false claims like others 

We also can not ever accept returns for single use products or products that come in packs or bottles like condoms, lubricants, batteries oils, tenga’s etc

Lingerie and Clothing Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases but we also need everything we sell to be new and hygienic.

For this reason unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any under-clothing or lingerie as these items are fully checked and passed and signed for by our packers before being sent out . Only in this way can we ensure that all our lingerie is in perfect new unused condition when we ship it to you. So please when ordering lingerie make sure you have read and fully understand the size colour and descriptions information as these items cannot be returned.

This is the one  policy we are very strict on as for health and safety issues no matter the garment being purchased , as we cannot take the chance of it being an intimate item and it being tried on and no lingerie store would ever accept same,  And any that did accept returns I certainly would never trust purchasing from any supplier that ever did, as i would be worried i was getting a garment tried and returned by someone else.
